Two months ago, Sheng Minghong was transferred from Anhui Construction Group to Anhui Transportation Holdings Group.

On the same day Anhui Construction announced Sheng Minghong’s resignation, on February 13, 2026, the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Anhui Construction Testing Technology Group Co., Ltd., Fang Shenzhu, and the former Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Anhui Provincial Transportation and Aviation Engineering Co., Ltd., Li Shilong, were investigated. Both companies are fully owned by Anhui Construction Group.
In January 2026, four senior officials of Anhui Construction Group were investigated, namely Zhang Xiaolin, former Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Anhui Water Conservancy Development Co., Ltd., Zhang Yubao, Deputy Manager of Anhui Construction Sanjian Foundation Co., Ltd., Xu Hongbin, Chief of Operations and Accounting Division of Anhui Construction Sanjian Foundation Co., Ltd., and Ye Heyong, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Anhui Construction Erjian Co., Ltd.
