58 Chinese Communist navy ships are active around Taiwan Strait, the military closely monitors

The Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China stated that from 6 a.m. on the 23rd to 6 a.m. today (24th), they have detected 58 aircraft and ships from the Chinese Communist Party disturbing Taiwan, and the military is closely monitoring and responding to the situation.

The Republic of China’s Ministry of National Defense announced this morning the dynamics of the Chinese Communist military near the Taiwan Strait, totaling 48 incidents of Chinese Communist aircraft (including 36 incidents crossing the median line of the Taiwan Strait into the airspace of the north, southwest, and east), 9 Chinese Communist ships, and 1 government ship, for a total of 58 Chinese Communist aircraft and ships continuing activities in the vicinity of the Taiwan Strait.

The Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China emphasized that the military is using mission aircraft and shore-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the situation.

Furthermore, the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China released information on Chinese Communist aircraft dynamics on the morning of the 23rd, with a total of 4 incidents from 6 a.m. on the 22nd to 6 a.m. on the 23rd (including 2 incidents of crossing the median line of the Taiwan Strait into the northern airspace), 8 Chinese Communist ships, and 1 government ship continuing activities in the vicinity of the Taiwan Strait.

The Chinese Communist Party claims that Taiwan is an integral part of its territory and sends aircraft and ships to disrupt Taiwan almost daily. The People’s Daily published an article on the 23rd by Wang Yingjin, Director of the Cross-Strait Relations Research Center at Renmin University of China, titled “The Fallacy of ‘The People’s Republic of China Has Never Ruled Taiwan’ Should End.” In response, Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council stated that they do not comment on individual scholars’ viewpoints. The People’s Republic of China has never ruled Taiwan, which is a historical fact that cannot be disputed.
