5-year-old little adult stands with hands on hips listing household chores to be done, video goes viral.

From Missouri, USA, 5-year-old Jude Tinker stands with his hands on his hips, looking serious as he lists the household chores he needs to complete, portraying a “mini adult” demeanor.

A widely circulated video shows Jude returning home from school, chatting with his mother, Amber Tinker, and listing tasks like watering the lawn, picking up branches, collecting eggs, and checking the mailbox.

When his mother interjects to remind him about paying attention to the bills, he lets out a heavy sigh, prompting amused reactions from netizens.

One social media user wrote: “When he realizes the mailbox is full of bills, he sighs heavily in resignation because he knows he has to go back to work hard.”

Another commenter added: “He wanted to know if the water bill had arrived so he could adjust the watering schedule to ensure timely payment in full.”

While Jude’s parents don’t discuss bills in front of their son, Amber Tinker, who works for a non-profit organization, speculates that her comically adorable son must have overheard their conversations from afar and learned the typical adult reactions when faced with a pile of bills.

Despite the numerous chores assigned by Jude that day, the mother of three said, “He seemed overwhelmed by various household duties and let out a heavy sigh.”

However, Tinker mentioned that Jude indeed helps out around their 6-acre farm, checking for eggs in the chicken coop or assisting his father with chores.

“He has his own little tools like a small shovel or rake, and he thinks he’s helping us a lot because he works hard,” the 39-year-old mother said. “He often comes back home all sweaty and dirty, and when I ask, ‘What have you been doing?’ he replies, ‘Well, I’ve been working with Dad.'”

Their farm is situated next to a small river where Jude enjoys fishing with his father.

Describing her youngest son’s character, Tinker said Jude is “an energetic little boy” with “a very old soul,” often saying things that a typical 5-year-old wouldn’t.

With his humorous personality, Jude has amassed over 130,000 followers on Instagram.

Jude’s first video gained popularity in August of last year, garnering one million views in just 12 hours.

To protect their child’s mental well-being, the Tinker couple has turned down invitations to feature their child on reality TV shows and firmly respect their child’s wishes.

Emphasizing that they are just “ordinary parents,” Tinker underscores their sole focus on raising their God-given child into adulthood and striving to set good examples for them.
