4.4-magnitude Earthquake Hits Yellow Sea in China, Tremors Felt in Liaoning and Shandong

On April 28th, at noon, a 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck in the Yellow Sea region of China. Liaoning’s Dalian and Shandong’s Yantai and Weihai experienced tremors.

The China Earthquake Administration reported on the 28th that at 11:43 am, a 4.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Yellow Sea region (latitude 38.27 degrees north, longitude 122.96 degrees east), with a depth of 30 kilometers.

The epicenter of this earthquake was approximately 112 kilometers from Weihai city center and about 135 kilometers from Dalian city center.
