US Congress to Hold UFO Hearing, Lawmaker Says It Could Reveal Important Information

The United States Congress is set to hold a UFO/UAP (Unidentified Flying Object/Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) hearing on Wednesday, November 13. A legislator indicated that this hearing may not provide a full disclosure of UFO matters, but important information could still be obtained from whistleblowers.

According to reports from “NewsNation Prime,” Congressman Tim Burchett from the Republican Party of Tennessee mentioned, “I think we will learn some things. It’s like peeling an onion layer by layer.”

During an interview with the media outlet, he noted, “The best pilots in the world, our pilots, have told us that these objects are flying near their aircraft.”

The House Oversight and Accountability Committee will host two subcommittees on November 13 for a hearing titled “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth,” as reported by “The Hill.”

An expert from the UK will attend the hearing as an observer, believing that attendees will gain some relevant information, though not the full picture.

UFO expert and retired UK Ministry of Defence official Nick Pope stated, “Disclosure is a process, not a single event.”

Over the years, inexplicable UFO events have periodically occurred worldwide. According to publicly disclosed Pentagon data, US Navy pilots encountered a “tic-tac” shaped UFO in 2004 and witnessed a “cube-inside-sphere” UFO in 2014. Others have reported sightings of mysterious black triangular spacecraft and more.

Therefore, Pope believes that the truth about these phenomena won’t be fully revealed on Wednesday, offering a clear explanation for UFO occurrences.

Pope expressed to “NewsNation Prime” his anticipation of the testimony from former US Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, who holds knowledge about underwater UFO phenomena that many have never heard of before.

He pointed out, “This… is extremely sensitive as these objects have apparently been tracking our ballistic missile nuclear submarines.”

Burchett also agreed, adding that Gallaudet possesses “very compelling evidence.”

Many advocates for open UFO information have high hopes for the new administration of Donald Trump, seeking the declassification of some JFK files that have been kept confidential for decades.

Pope mentioned that Trump has hinted at knowing some things.

“He’s under pressure… to release the remaining Kennedy files, and he said he would do so early in his second term,” he stated. “Evidently, in President Trump’s mind, he links the UFO issue with the Kennedy issue.”

On April 26, 2018, then-US President Trump announced a further postponement of the release of files related to the assassination of former President Kennedy due to national security and diplomatic considerations.

Under a law passed by the US Congress in 1992, all files related to the assassination were to be fully disclosed within 25 years. President Trump ordered the release of most of the records in October 2017 but delayed the release of other files citing national security concerns.

According to a statement by the White House on April 26, 2018, the US National Archives agreed with President Trump’s suggestion that certain documents are currently unsuitable for public release due to concerns regarding “national security, law enforcement, and diplomatic issues.”

On November 22, 1963, former US President Kennedy was assassinated while riding in an open-top car through Dallas, Texas, leaving many unresolved mysteries surrounding the shocking event. The public has maintained a strong interest in this century-old enigma.

Luis Elizondo, who headed the Pentagon’s UFO program for 9 years, revealed in an article published on April 24, 2021, in the New York Post that in the “2021 $2.3 trillion budget bill” signed by former President Trump, the Pentagon and intelligence agencies were mandated to produce a report on “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” within 180 days to be submitted to Congress.

These UFOs are capable of “intermedia travel.” Elizondo stated that these astonishing flying objects can operate above the Earth’s surface at 50 feet or at an altitude of 80,000 feet, and can even submerge underwater without affecting their performance.
