To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the publication of “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,” The Epoch Times and NTD Television jointly organized a grand prize-winning essay contest, and now the results are revealed.
The contest received enthusiastic submissions from readers, showcasing a variety of styles and rich content. There were incisive commentaries, heartfelt personal experiences, exposures of systemic corruption, analyses of the Chinese Communist Party’s tyranny, revelations of the hundred-year history of the CCP’s founding, and focus on current events.
Through the pens of the essayists, the CCP’s destruction of the environment, erosion of tradition, moral decay, harm to the people, and global malevolence were all laid bare. This demonstrates the readers’ in-depth understanding of the “Nine Commentaries” and a profound recognition of the CCP’s true nature. It reflects the awakening of Chinese society, the contempt for the CCP regime, and heralds the coming of a China free from the Communist Party.
Given the overall high quality of the essays, the judging panel decided to award one first prize, three second prizes, and five additional honorary awards of $100 each. The award results are as follows:
