2024 US Community Public Service Queen Awarded to Taiwanese-American Zhang Huiling

In California, the United States, the 2024 beauty pageant (Ms. America Pageant Inc.) was held on July 20th, where winners in 16 categories were selected. Among them, Hui-ling Zhang from Taiwan was awarded the title of “Mrs. Classic America 2024,” recognizing her outstanding contributions to community service and activities that promote cultural diversity. The award also serves as an encouragement for women to participate more actively in community services and recognizes their leadership skills and achievements.

Following her victory, Hui-ling Zhang expressed great excitement and gratitude towards the organizers for the honor bestowed upon her. She pledged to continue serving the community and actively participating in various charitable activities during her reign as “Mrs. Classic America.”

Hui-ling Zhang immigrated to the United States during her high school years and graduated from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). She has been passionate about community service and has been actively involved in various Taiwanese associations as well as mainstream communities. With a major in fine arts, Hui-ling Zhang has run her own advertising design company for many years. Currently, she serves as a member of the Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and has previously held the position of president in a Taiwanese association. She also founded “Team Taiwan,” bringing together Taiwanese compatriots and community groups to participate in mainstream parades, promoting Taiwanese culture to the American people, injecting new vitality into Taiwan-US relations, and enhancing Taiwan’s visibility within the community.
