19-year-old online influencer rider dies in a car accident after being hit and thrown more than ten meters away.

On September 30th, a blogger revealed that a 19-year-old female internet celebrity named “Plaster ProMax”, who had 73,000 fans on Douyin, tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident recently while riding on a friend’s heavy motorcycle.

On the 29th, “Plaster ProMax” even updated a short video on her social media platform, only to meet her demise in the accident later that evening. Footage captured by a passing car’s dashcam showed that at 5:20 p.m. on the 29th, the motorcycle “Plaster ProMax” was on sped very fast past the right lane, but unexpectedly encountered a Lexus ES merging onto the main road up ahead. Due to the excessive speed of the motorcycle, there was no time to evade the collision, resulting in a direct impact with the Lexus ES.

The impact was so severe that the left front fender and door of the Lexus ES were significantly deformed, with motorcycle debris scattered on the ground. “Plaster ProMax”, who was on the back seat, was thrown more than ten meters away by the collision. She briefly struggled to crawl forward but succumbed to her injuries, falling to the ground.

According to reports from Red Star News, “Plaster ProMax” surnamed Yang, her father Mr. Yang confirmed the tragic news to the media on October 1st. Yang stated that his daughter was involved in a traffic accident around 5 p.m. on September 29th in Wujiang District, Suzhou, near Taihu Lake, and unfortunately passed away despite rescue efforts. At the time of the accident, his daughter was seated behind on the motorcycle, which was driven by another person. The responsibility for the accident is still under investigation.

Recently, there has been a spate of incidents in China where motorcycle internet celebrities have died or been seriously injured in accidents. According to the “Xiaoxiang Morning News,” a 28-year-old internet celebrity “Sanmaozi” passed away in a motorcycle accident on August 29th. Previously, the internet celebrity “Fengzi Ge” also died in a crash on June 23rd.
