15-year-old girl in Guangxi bullied multiple times, 32 weeks pregnant, attacked with a knife.

A parent in Nanning, Guangxi, expressed that their 15-year-old daughter has been bullied three times in the past four years, and was even stabbed while 32 weeks pregnant in August this year. The parent criticized the lack of action from the police, which led to the escalation of the situation.

According to reports from The Paper, the girl’s father, Mr. Qin (pseudonym), stated that in September 2021, his daughter was slapped by classmates twice, totaling over 40 slaps, during her first year of middle school. However, the school classified the incident as “minor friction,” and the parent did not report it to the police. In 2023, the daughter was attacked by a group of classmates, with a large number of people and brutal methods. Despite reporting the incident to the police, they only had one bully write an undertaking to resolve the matter.

According to the daughter of Mr. Qin, both bullying incidents were orchestrated by the same girl, who was the most ruthless attacker. What puzzled Mr. Qin was that his daughter did not know why she was being targeted.

To Mr. Qin’s surprise, in August this year, his daughter was lured out by several girls and taken to a construction site where she was bullied, and she was even stabbed by one of the boys with a knife. This resulted in severe damage to her daughter’s left hand, with four finger joints injured, while she was already 32 weeks pregnant at that time.

Mr. Qin believes that the inadequate handling of the second bullying incident led to a further escalation of the situation. Additionally, he did not receive the assessment report after the examination was completed. Currently, his daughter is undergoing a reevaluation.

According to the “Dissenting Opinion on the Appraisal,” the measurements of the wounds by the victim’s guardian did not match the descriptions in the hospital records, indicating a deliberate understating of data by the evaluators. Furthermore, after the girl was injured, there were wounds in multiple parts of her body, multiple body parts were beaten, and extensive injuries were evident. The parent took photos, but these issues were intentionally covered up in the assessment report, indicating that the relevant evaluation personnel falsified information, potentially providing a shield for the criminals.

Following the third bullying incident, Mr. Qin raised concerns with various departments such as the school, police, women’s federation, and procuratorate, but as of now, he has not received a definitive response. The local procuratorate did not approve the arrest of the boy who wielded the knife.

Regarding the pregnancy of his daughter, Mr. Qin stated that the child is unrelated to the bullying incidents and has a boyfriend. Moreover, he has met with the boyfriend’s parents, respects the child’s wishes, and the girl’s parents agreed to let her keep the baby.
