Xing Le also serves as the general manager and legal representative of Xi’an Qujiang Datang Everlasting Sundry City Cultural Business Operation Management Co., Ltd., and Xi’an Qujiang Datang Everlasting Sundry City Urban Commercial Investment Co., Ltd.
According to the announcement from the “Clean Xi’an” WeChat public account on May 18, Xing Le, the assistant general manager of Xi’an Qujiang Datang Everlasting Sundry City Cultural Business (Group) Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. Currently, they are undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Work Committee of Qujiang New District dispatched by the Xi’an Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Supervisory Commission of Beilin District, Xi’an.
Of particular note, data from the “Tianyancha” app shows that Xing Le is the general manager, executive director, and legal representative of Xi’an Qujiang Datang Everlasting Sundry City Cultural Business Operation Management Co., Ltd.
Furthermore, Xing Le also holds positions as the general manager, chairman of the board of directors, and legal representative of Xi’an Qujiang Datang Everlasting Sundry City Urban Commercial Investment Co., Ltd.
According to a report from Observer on May 18, Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Industry Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. undertook the investment and construction of core attractions such as Datang Everlasting Sundry City and Datang Furong Garden. Despite operating multiple popular tourist landmarks, the company’s debt-to-asset ratio has exceeded 87%, with accumulated overdue notes exceeding 200 million yuan.
The report states that Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Industry Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.’s listed company, Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., also has a high debt-to-asset ratio. By the end of 2025, the company has incurred losses for six consecutive years, with the total expected losses exceeding 913.6 million yuan.
On April 29, Xi’an Qujiang Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. released its first-quarter report for 2026, showing that during the reporting period, the company’s operating income was 224 million yuan, a decrease of 26.79% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was a loss of 14.4236 million yuan, narrowing by 66.92% compared to the same period last year.
