Tourists in Mount Tai Scenic Area Clash to Watch Sunrise, Several People Fall from Rocks.

Recently, a conflict among tourists erupted at the famous Mount Tai scenic area in Shandong, China. Multiple tourists got into a heated argument over the best spot to watch the sunrise, which escalated into a physical confrontation, leading to several individuals slipping and falling from the rocks.

A viral video circulating online shows a steep rock wall crowded with tourists waiting for the sunrise. A man with a black backpack tried to forcibly cut the line and move upward, but was pushed and kicked down by the tourists above. As he fell, he dragged several people down with him.

Another video clip captured the altercation escalating into a physical confrontation after both parties got back on their feet. The man who cut the line was surrounded and attacked by multiple individuals, resulting in a chaotic scene.

According to reports from various media outlets, the conflict occurred last Saturday (25th) around 5 a.m. at the popular sunrise viewing spot “Nantianmen” in the Mount Tai scenic area, during the peak period of people gathering to watch the sunrise.

In response to the incident, staff members at the Mount Tai scenic area stated that no tourists were injured during the altercation. They have conducted on-site mediation and plan to increase the number of staff to maintain order in the future.

The incident has sparked a heated discussion across the internet.
