On Thursday (April 23), President Trump once again called out The New York Times and CNN as fake news on social media, stating that their reports on himself and military actions with Iran do not align with the facts.

For those who read the “Failing New York Times” or watch “Fake News CNN” and think that I am “eager” to end this so-called war with Iran – if you can even call it a war at this point – know this: there are fewer people thinking like this now than ever before.
Among all the involved parties, I may be under the least pressure. I have time on my side, but Iran does not – the clock is ticking!
The reason why some media outlets have abysmal subscription rates and viewership is because they have long lost credibility.
The Iranian navy has sunk, the air force has been destroyed, their air defense and radar systems obliterated, their leadership no longer among the living, facing a tight and powerful blockade, and their situation only worsens – time is not on their side!
Agreements will only be reached when the timing is right and advantageous to the United States, our allies, and the world as a whole.
