On the afternoon of September 27, in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, The Epoch Times, New Tang Dynasty Television, and Sound of Hope will jointly organize the “Exposing the Transnational Repression by the Chinese Communist Party Seminar,” with New Tang Dynasty and The Epoch Times streaming the event online.
The seminar will be hosted by the senior host Gao Jie from Sound of Hope, and the panelists include: Jie Lijian, Chairman of the International Alliance of Chinese Democratic Party; Fang Zheng, former chairman of the Democratic Education Foundation; Hu Liren, Chinese entrepreneur and anti-communist activist; Shi Zhenying, anti-communist activist from Hong Kong; Chen Weiming, founder of the Statue of Liberty Park; Feng Congde, Chairman of the Chinese Democratic Education Foundation; and Lan Shu, editor-in-chief of The Epoch Times in Northern California.
The organizers stated that the purpose of this seminar is to expose the truth behind the transnational repression by the Chinese Communist Party, unite the strength of the Chinese community to protect freedom and security. They also urge more people who care about freedom and justice to actively participate, speak up, and unite to counter the Chinese Communist Party’s intrusion into democratic countries.
